Description
Low-density polyethylene geotechnical mold is a product with anti-seepage and thermal insulation functions produced by blow molding or calendering process using LLDPE as raw material.
Agricultural water conservancy anti-seepage projects such as channels and ponds, and aquaculture industries such as lotus ponds and fish ponds. It can also be combined with various geotextiles to form a composite geomembrane.
LLDPE geomembrane has also become more and more popular in recent years. On the basis of providing good chemical corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, linear low-density polyethylene geomembrane has better flexibility and can better cover around some protrusions and the unevenness of the existing terrain.

Production
Geomembrane is made of plastic particles (PE) as raw material, mixed and dried in a mixing dryer, extruded into a circular funnel through a screw, extruded into the barrel to melt and plasticize at high temperature and high pressure, and extruded into a streamlined shape through the molten state of the membrane head. Stretching, cooling through the calendering cooling circulation system, the steel rod is rolled out of the smooth surface, stretched and trimmed to form.
