Smooth and Textured HDPE Geomembranes
Description
Geomembrane is a new waterproof building material that is made of polyethylene resin by adding a certain proportion of carbon black masterbatch, anti-aging agent, antioxidant, ultraviolet absorber, stabilizer, etc., and is used for anti-seepage and moisture-proof. High-density polyethylene geomembrane is a new type of anti-seepage and anti-corrosion material, which is widely used in various projects with anti-seepage and anti-corrosion requirements. Using high-quality high-density polyethylene virgin resin, the main components are 97.5% high-density polyethylene, about 2.5% carbon black, trace antioxidants and heat stabilizers, anti-aging materials, UV absorbers, no other additives are used , filler and expansion agent, made by three-layer co-extrusion technology. The resin used is a virgin polyethylene resin specially formulated for flexible barrier film applications.

Advantages of HDPE geomembrane:
Good anti-seepage performance, the geomembrane itself is impermeable, its water seepage is mainly due to the pinholes and micro-gap caused by the sheet forming process, the permeability coefficient is much lower than that of clay, and only needs to be laid during construction. 1-3mm geomembrane can meet the anti-seepage requirements and save landfill space; the tensile properties of geomembrane are related to synthetic materials, but they are better than clay, and the sensitivity to uneven settlement of the landfill is much less than clay.
