Description
PP welded geogrid is a new kind of environmentally friendly and green construction material, which is added reinforced fiber into polypropylene stretch belt to enhance reinforcement, then welded into shape “#”. This material is in high strength, small deformation, corrosion resistant, long service life, convenient installation and low cost, especially able to meet more than 100 years’ operating requirements of all kinds of permanent works.
It`s widely applied on strengthening of soft foundation of roads, railways, bridges, docks, dams, landfills and anti-cracking of retaining wall and roads.
Features
PP welded geogrids have high strength, low elongation (breaking elongation is not more than 12%) and little creep. Grille reinforcement, reinforcement of foundation, increase bearing capacity, reduce uneven settlement, and impede the formation of soil failure surface. PP welded geogrids have good flexibility, because the material is continuously stretched and transverse ribbed double-sided clamp, even cracking, it still maintains the performance of geogrids.
